\u2022 The return \/ change of any product must be done strictly within fourteen (14) days from the initial receipt of the product.<\/p>

\u2022 Return to underwear is not possible for hygiene reasons.<\/p>

\u2022 The return \/ change will be made ONLY with the proof of purchase of the product without any exceptions.<\/p>

\u2022 Goods due to customer defect will not be accepted.<\/p>

\u2022 If the defect is not due to the customer\u2019s fault (eg non-observance of washing or ironing instructions) the product will be replaced with another.<\/p>

\u2022 If the product is not in its original form, the product is not changed \/ returned.<\/p>

\u2022 In case the product is worn, washed or stained, its return or change will not take place.<\/p>

\u2022 The return cost is borne entirely by the customer.<\/p>

Withdrawal from the order \u2013 Refund<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The consumer has an inalienable right to unjustified and non-harmful withdrawal in accordance with the provisions of the current legislation, within the legally prescribed period of fourteen (14) calendar days, starting from the time of receipt of the order, which must be delivered. However, the company will only accept it if all the above commitments for the return of the goods have been fulfilled, without any exceptions.<\/p>

In particular, the prescribed period of withdrawal shall expire 14 calendar days from the day on which the consumer or a third party designated by him, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods or:<\/p>

1. from the day on which the consumer or a third party designated by him, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the latter goods, in the case of several goods ordered by the consumer in one order and delivered separately;<\/p>

2. from the day on which the consumer or a third party designated by him, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the last lot or last item, in the case of delivery of goods consisting of several batches or several pieces,<\/p>

3. from the day on which the consumer or a third party designated by him, other than the carrier, acquires the physical possession of the first good in the case of a contract for the regular delivery of goods for a specified period of time.<\/p>

Before the withdrawal period expires, the consumer shall inform the supplier of his decision to withdraw from the contract in writing or electronically.<\/p>

The consumer has made use of the right of withdrawal within the withdrawal period, if the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal is sent by the consumer before the expiry of the period.<\/p>

The consumer bears the burden of proving that he has exercised his right of withdrawal.<\/p>

The supplier reimburses any payment received from the consumer, without undue delay and definitely within 14 calendar days from the day on which he was informed of the consumer\u2019s decision to withdraw from the contract.<\/p>

The supplier shall make the refund provided for in the first subparagraph using the same means of payment as the consumer used for the original transaction, unless the consumer has expressly agreed otherwise and provided that the consumer is not charged the costs of the refund. of money.<\/p>

By way of derogation from the first paragraph, the supplier is not required to reimburse additional delivery costs if the consumer has expressly chosen a method of delivery other than the cheaper standard delivery method offered by the supplier.<\/p>
